王亚君，女，1974年6月生，博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师。2008年于野生动物植物保护与利用国家重点学科获博士学位，2017-2018年美国马里兰大学兽医学院访问学者。“野生动物疫病监测创新团队”骨干成员，在畜牧学学科招收科学硕士，在畜牧领域招收专业学位硕士。主持、参与多项省部级课题研究；参与出版教材、专著4部；获东北林业大学教学质量一等奖、二等奖各一次；所指导研究生和本科生均获得过校级优秀论文。近5年第一作者或通讯作者发表学术论文20余篇，其中SCI收录10篇， JCR 1区7篇，其中一篇为中科院1区。

研究方向：

1、 野生动物疫源疫病监测与预警：狮、虎、豹等濒危物种、动物园观赏动物、野生鸟类等多种野生动物重要传染病监测、诊断与防控；重要病原体的分离与溯源。

2、野生动物生态毒理学与公共卫生学：持久性有机污染物在环境和野生动物体内蓄积情况及对动物健康状况的影响；

3、特种经济动物重要传染病的诊断与防控：狐狸、貉子、水貂、獭兔等毛皮动物重要传染病的监测、诊断、治疗与防控。
