兰天明

兰天明,博士,教授/博士生导师,深圳市梧桐凤凰人才,农业农村部农业基因组学重点实验室副主任,国际生物多样性标准ISO-TC331工作组专家20247月,高层次人才(成栋杰出人才)引进到东北林业大学从事科研与教学工作,搭建野生动物演化与保护多组学研究平台,担任课题组组长

1. 研究方向

主要以基因组、转录组、蛋白组、代谢组、单细胞组和空间组等多维组学技术和手段,在各个尺度上揭示濒危物种的遗传结构、遗传多样性、遗传风险等,对濒危物种的遗传学表现和特征进行总结和归纳,探索和评估野生动物的濒危机制以及遗传拯救策略,提出物种保护新方法。并通过这些多组学手段去揭示野生动物对生存环境适应的遗传机制以及关键生物学特征的遗传基础等。同时,结合比较基因组学和古基因组学揭示动物的起源、演化、迁移等大时间尺度上的演化事件等。跨越时间和空间,总结过去、现在和未来,去试图理解和解释动物世界中普遍存在的生物学规律。近年来,在Nature, Nature Genetics, Nature Communications, PNAS, Protein & Cell, Science Bulletin, Molecular Ecology Resource, GigaScience, iScience等杂志发表研究论文30余篇,并获得多项软件著作权和发明专利。担任BMC Genomics杂志编委成员,Nucleic Acids Research, Journal of Advanced Research, iScience, Scientific data, Molecular Ecology Resources等杂志审稿人。
