研究方向：野生动物保护生物学、动物生态学

周学红，博士、教授、博士生导师，中国科协十大代表，中国林学会青工委副秘书长，中国生态学会湿地生态专业委员会委员，东北林业大学国际交流学院副院长，东北林业大学中国野生动物保护管理战略研究中心负责人，东北林业大学青年成栋名师。主持国家自然科学基金2项，省部级科研项目20余项，发表70余篇研究论文，并在保护生物学领域国际著名期刊Conservation Letters等发表重要研究成果，在生态学领域国际著名期刊Science of The Total Environment、Ecological Indicators等发表动物生态学重要研究成果。获黑龙江省教学成果二等奖1项（主持人），梁希林业科学技术二等奖3项。
