王晓龙,博士、二级教授博导。科技部中-埃塞野生动物疾病研究联合实验室、黑龙江省野生动物疫源疫病与生物安全管控重点实验室、野生动物疫病分子诊断与生物制品国际联合实验室主任。教育部新世纪优秀人才。

联合国粮农组织全球小反刍兽疫防控专家、世界动物卫生组织亚太东南亚次区域地区顾问、野生动物生物安全管控国家创新联盟理事长中国动物传染病学会理事、黑龙江省动物传染病学会副理事长

    长期专注于野生动物空间流行病学研究1.创新性地提出了野生动物-家养动物-人疫病界面结构研究的理论和方法,得到FAO书面认可;2.提出了基于野生动物疫病空间动力学的预警和溯源理论和方法,研发了《野生动物疫病大数据预警平台》和《野生动物疫病空间流行病学(含溯源)研究平台》开展了多种疫病预警和溯源工作

主持科技部、教育部、国家林草局等多部委课题30余项。涉虎和生物安全重要建议多次被黑龙江省委及上级政府部门采纳。发表论文150余篇。主编专著2部。获发明专利3项,软件著作权14项。获梁希林业科学技术奖科技进步奖二等奖1第一名。指导研究生两次FAO小反刍兽疫研究特别奖。参与制定行业标准1项。主讲《保护医学》《生态健康》《生态安全》等本硕博课程。

 

Dr. Wang Xiaolong, Professor (Level II) and Doctoral Supervisor. Director of the Sino-Ethiopian Joint Research Laboratory for Wildlife Disease, Heilongjiang Provincial Key Laboratory of Wildlife Epidemic Disease and Biosecurity Control, and the International Joint Laboratory of Wildlife Disease Molecular Diagnosis and Bioproducts. He is also an Outstanding Talent of the Ministry of Education's New Century Talents Program.

Dr. Wang is a global expert on Peste des Petits Ruminants control for the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations, a regional advisor for the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) in the Asia-Pacific and Southeast Asia sub-regions, Chairman of the National Innovation Alliance for Wildlife Biosecurity Control, a board member of the Chinese Society for Animal Infectious Diseases, and Vice Chairman of the Heilongjiang Provincial Society for Animal Infectious Diseases.

He serves as a technology award evaluation expert for Heilongjiang, Shandong, Hubei provinces, Inner Mongolia, and Guangxi Autonomous Region, an expert for the Ministry of Education’s academic evaluation, a graduate education evaluation expert, a member of the expert group for the China Wildlife Protection Association, a senior expert for the Heilongjiang Provincial Ecological Civilization and Green Development Think Tank, and an advisor for the Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park, Qilian Mountain National Park (Qinghai, Gansu), and the Qinling Panda Conservation Research Center in Shaanxi.

Dr. Wang has long focused on spatial epidemiology research on wildlife diseases:

1.Innovatively proposing theories and methods for studying the wildlife-domestic animal-human disease interface, which has been formally recognized by the FAO.

2.Developing theories and methods for wildlife disease spatial dynamics-based early warning and traceability, and creating platforms such as the "Wildlife Disease Big Data Early Warning Platform" and the "Wildlife Disease Spatial Epidemiology (including Traceability) Research Platform", conducting early warning and traceability work for various diseases.

He has led over 30 projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education, the National Forestry and Grassland Administration, and other departments. Important recommendations on tigers and biosecurity have been adopted multiple times by the Heilongjiang Provincial and higher government departments. He has published over 150 papers, edited two monographs, and holds three invention patents and ten software copyrights. He received the Liang Xi Forestry Science and Technology Progress Award (Second Prize, First Author). Under his guidance, two graduate students won the FAO Special Award for Peste des Petits Ruminants Research. He also participated in the formulation of one industry standard. He teaches courses such as "Conservation Medicine", "Ecological Health", and "Ecological Security" at the undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels.
