个人简介
东北林业大学保护医学与生态安全研究中心主任、野生动物疾病分子诊断与生物制品国际联合实验室主任,2011年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,2014年获哈尔滨市第三届自然科学学术界新时期领军人才称号,东北林业大学引进人才。
中国风险学会理事(发起人之一),中国生态风险分析专委会主任委员、中国免疫学会终身会员、中国动物学会会员、中国鸟类学会会员、中国两栖爬行动物学会会员、黑龙江省环保厅环评专家、黑龙江省环保厅自然保护区评审专家。
多次作为中方专家参加全球环境基金、欧盟区域水环境及世界银行项目等研究。主持2014教育部创新团队与重大项目培育资金项目、2012国家质检公益性行业科研专项和2009国家环境保护公益性行业科研专项等6部委国家重大课题19项;发表论文98篇,其中SCI、EI检索论文 30余篇,一区TOP论文2篇,二区TOP论文5篇;出版专著6部;获得专利5项,软件著作权1项。获省部级以上一等奖2项。
 
主要研究领域与兴趣
1.野生动物疾病诊断试剂与生物制品
   在野生动物流行病学基础上引入景观和地理流行病学理论与技术,揭示野生动物疾病时空动态规律,有针对性地开发诊断试剂和疫苗。
2.生态风险评估
   针对日益复杂化的生态环境危机,以野生动物疾病时空动力学、生态系统稳态和环境毒理分析为维度,运用保护医学维度区间理论,通过协调尺度、认知差异,将前述三者风险统一在生态风险层面,以大数据技术确定风险事件的空间坐标及驱动因素矢量,以逻辑和算法约束风险评估,开展野生动物疾病预警预报和生态安全评估。

    要求兽医或生物技术相关专业,具备良好的病毒学、分子生物学理论与技能;外语能力优良;博士需具备较为丰富的动物诊断试剂与生物制品研发经验。
2.生态风险评估(模型构建):
    要求生态、环境、医学或数学与计算机类相关专业,具备生态毒理学、生态健康和人与动物健康等理论与技能;外语能力优良;优秀的数学与计算机应用能力;博士需具备较为丰富的模型开发经验。
